AN ORDINANCE REPEALING A PORTION OF SECTION
7,41.028 FENCES OF THE MUNICIE& CODE,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Gook and DaPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the following portion of Section 24.028
of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby
repealed:
"Fences on corner lots shall not extend beyond
the minimum building set back lines."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
affect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
