Section 1. That Section 1.103 or Article is Chapter 2,
of the Municipal Code of Elk grow Village be and is hereby amended.
to read as foliows1
"2«103. meetings. The Village Board shall bold its
regular meetings on the first, second third and fourth Monday
of each month at eight *$clock P.M..(6100 POND and no notice of
such regular meetings shall be reaguirsd. "The meeting glace of
the said Board shall be at the Municipal Building an tandusier
Road near Tonne Road in the Village unloas"otherwise ordered by
the Village Board. Provided, howevor, that if the meeting date
ahall tall on a legal holiday, the Villago }hoard #hall most on
the day following.
"Special moetiuoa may be called by the President of the
Village or any three Trustees, in which event the President or
Trustees calling such meeting shall file with the Village Clerk
a statement in writing, signed by his or thea, setting forth the
purpose of such special nesting and the day and hour thereof,
which shall not be fixed at less than three (3) days from the
tiling of any such statement. Thereupon the Village Clerk &hall
prepare and enure to be served Capon the President and each Trustee
at least twenty-four (24) hours before the time fixed for such
meeting, a notice in writing* setting, forth the purpose of such
special meeting and the time and place of holding the mase. Upon
agreement of all Trustees# prior notice of a &postal meeting may
be waived."
section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and offset from and atter its passage, approval according to law.
