HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 165 - 3/27/1961 - POLICE MAGISTRATE/SALARY FORORDINANCE NO. 165 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SAIARY FOR THE POLICE MAGISTRATE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois. Section 1 That the salary of the Police Magistrate of the Village o-f-E=rove Village for the term of office commending in the year 1961 shall be Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars per year, payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments. Said salary shall not be deemed to include provision for a bailiff or clerk should the same be necessary to the proper functioning of the Police Magistrate. Section 2 The Police Magistrate shall W to the Village Treasurer of the Village of Elk Grove Village all fees, costs arra emoluments collected by him on or before the 10th of the month im- mediately following the month in which collection of saws was made by him, as provided for in Chapter 24, Section 9-73.2 of the Cities and Villages Act of the Illinois Revised Statutes. Section 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval, according,.tn law. PASSED this 27th day of March, 1961. APPROVED this 27th day of March, 1961. Charles A.
