AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD
IN THE VIUAGE OF ELK GROVE VILUGE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
T
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That no person shall stop, park or leav@
standing at any time any vehicle, whether attended or unat}ended,
upon the paved or improved or main traveled part of Arlington
Heights Road in said Village.
Section 2. Every person found guilty of violating Section 1
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished
by a fine of not less than Five ($5.00) Dollars and not more than
Two hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 3. All ordinances of this Village in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
