AN ORDINANCE amending Paragraph l
of Section 1 of Article II (Dogs) of an
ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance per-
taining to .Animals" (Ordinance No. 58)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION i. That Paragraph I of Section I of Article H (Dogs)
of an ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance Pertaining to Animals", (Ordinance
No. 53), be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
In the third line of said Section 1, by
striking out the word "Inlay" and sub-
mitting in lieu thereof the word
"January".
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage.. approval and publication according to law.
