AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING RESIDENCE BUILDING PERMIT FEES BEING
ORDINANCE NO. 7
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1, The bv:ilding permit fee for the construction
of a residence when inspected by the Federal Housing Authority or the
Veterans Administration be and the same is hereby established in the
stun of Forty—five (b45,f.0) Dollars for each residence.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect forthwith ub^n its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 11th day of April, 1960.
