AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING REVISED OFFICIAL PIAN MAP AS
PART OF OFFICIAL PLAN AND AMENDING SECTION 3 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1 That a map together with the legend contained
thereon and entitled "Official Plan of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Illinois, Revised as of December 31, 1959," and approved by the Plan
Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, be and is hereby adopted
by the President and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village as part of the official plan of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Gook County, Illinois.
SECTION 2 That such portions of Map No. 1 entitled "Official
Plan, Village of Elk Grove Village, Illinois," as may be inconsistent
in its boundaries description as the above referred to map entitled
"Official Plan of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Revised
as of December 31, 1959," are hereby repealed as part of the official
plan of the Village of Elk Grove Village to that extent.
SECTION 3 That this ordinance shall be in fall force and
effect upon its passage and approval according to law.
