BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1 That this ordinance shall be termed and designated as
the "Annual Appropriation Bill" for the period beginning Pray 1, 1960 and
ending April 30, 1961.
Section 2 That the follc„aing sums or so much thereof as may be

ARTICLE IV - MOTOR FUEL TAt; FUND
All moneys received from the otate Motor Fuel Tax as provided in
act entitled "An Act in gelation to a Tax upon the privile6e of operating
Motor Vehicles upon highways therein and making certain Appropriations in
connection therdwith," approved March 23, 1939, as amended, are hereby
appropriated to be expended in accordance with the provisions of the said
Act.

6ection 1 All miscellaneous recei}ts of revenues from all purposes
not hereby expressly reserved ,r app.-opriated shall be available to any ap-
propriation herein provided for not payable out of specific funds.
Section 2 all unexpended balances of any item or items of any
general appropriation made in this ordinance be expended in making up any
insufficiency in any iter, or items in the same general appropriation fund
for the same general purpose.
Section 3 All unexpende.: ba!nces ;'roc. the unImal appropriation
