record of the here'inafte'r described land and tes°ritory for annexratica to
the Tillage of Elk Grove Village and the sole electors residing thereoza;and
WHEREAS, said land and territory 9.s not within the corporate
limits of any municipality but is contiguous to the iVillage of Elk Grove
Village, is inhabited and has two electors residin; thereon who joined
in said Petition; and
WHEREAS, the said petition is under oath and in all respects
complies with the requiren.-ients of the stat -ate in such case made and
provided; and
WHEREAS, the P.e•esident and Board of Trustees of this iViDage
have a:zamined said petition and have considered the question of the
annexation of the territory described in said petition and believe it to be
to the best interests of the rasa?nicipality that such territory be annexed
thereto; Now, Therefore:
