SECTION 3. POWERS. The said Commission shall have the
(a) To recommend to the Board of Truatees safe and practical
standards and specifications for the installation, alteration and use of
electrical equipment designed to meet the necessities and conditions
of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
(b) To recommend to the Board of Trustees reasonable rules
and regulations to govern the issuance of permits by the Electrical
Inspection Department of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
(c) To recommend to the said Board of Trustees reasonable
fees to be paid for the inspection by the Inspection. Department of the
Village of Elk Grove Village of all electrical equipment installed or
altered within the municipality.
(d) To heep informed of the latest developments in connection
with the installation, alteration and use of electrical equipment and to
recommend to s%*i.d Board of Trustees fronn time to time alterations
or amendments in connection with the standardsn specifications, rules
and regulations and fees then in force in said Village of Elk Grove Villages
(e) To exareies ouch other Powe^s garmiana to the powers granted
by this Article as may be conferred by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
its passage and approval according to law.
