an Illinois corporat«on„ as to Parcel A and A. EVERETT PATTON, as to
Parols ?„ 3 said 41, being tEe sole owners of record of the hereinafter
described land and territory for annexation to the Village of Elk Grove
Village; and
WHEREAS, said land and territory is not within the corporate limits
of any municipality but is contiguous to the Village of Elk Grove Village,
is uninhabited and has no electors residing thereon; :and
WHEREAS, said iDetition is under oath and in all respects complies
with the requirements d the statute in such case made and provided; and
WHEREAS, the President and Hoard of Trustees of this Village
have examined said petition and have considered the question of the
aa.nnexfttion of the territory described in said petition and believe it to be
to the best interests of the municipality that such territory be aanneseai
thereto; Now, Therefore;
