WHEREAS, the Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Commission
after extensive review recommend approval of the
Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Master Plan 1998; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings and
recommendation of said Industrial/Commercial Revitalization
Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest of the
Village that the Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Master Plan
1998 be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DUPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Master
Plan 1998 be approved in accordance with the Plan prepared by
Planning Resources, Inc., Wheaton, Illinois in conjunction with the
Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Commission. Copies of said
Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Master Plan 1998 being on file
in the Office of the Village Clerk.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
PASSED this 23rd day of June 1998.
APPROVED this 23rd day of June 1998.
