A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR SALE OF PUBLIC
DOCUMENTS (previously adopted by Resolution No. 71-82
and Amended by Resolution No. 35-92))
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize an amendment to the fee schedule as follows:
Zoning Ordinance $50.00
Section 2: That the postage fee be added to the cost of the document
when mailed.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
