A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND CONTINENTAL_ CABLEVISION
(GREENLEAF FIRE STATION)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to
sign the attached documents marked:
GREENLEAF FIRESTATION
PLANT EXTENSION PLAN
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set
forth and the Village Clerk is authorized to attest said documents upon the
signature of the Village President.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

GREENLEAF FIRESTATION
PLANT EXTENSION PLAN
Continental
Cablevision
Continental Cablevision will extend cable plant to 1600 Greenleaf Avenue and install
cable programming and I -NET services to the firestation.
This construction can begin by March 21, 1994.
The total cost of the plant extension will be approximately $22,800, icluding all
time and material charges.
Elk Grove Village will pay 50% of the total plant extension costs, not to exceed
$11,400.
Actual time and materials will be documented and submitted with an invoice for
payment upon completion of the plant extension.
Payment to Continental Cablevision will be due within 30 days of invoice.
The plant extension is expected to be activated by May 1st, weather permitting.
