A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS HELD
BEFORE ALL VILLAGE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS AS ESTABLISHED
BY THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize a fee schedule for any such other public hearings than those
established by Resolution 8-92 as follows:
$ 50.00 filing fee
$100.00 Court Reporter Deposit
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 12th day of January 1993.
