A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING POLICIES FOR
OFF-DUTY SERVICES OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
SWORN PERSONNEL IN UNIFORM
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Secticn 1: That subscribers for off-duty services of uniformed
Village sworn personnel will be charged 1-3/4 times the regular hourly rate
of the employee assigned to provide requested services.
Section 2: That the charge of 1-3/4 times the reoular hourly rate of
the employee will cover wage and fringe benefit expenses to the Village
Section 3: That no Village equipment, (radios and vehicles) are to
be utilized on uniformed off-duty details with noted exceptions es may be
deemed appropriate by the Fire or Police Chiefs, with the approval of the
Village Manager, for their respective personnel.
Section 7: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
