A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR TO THE SUBURBAN O'HARE COMMISSION FOR THE
VILLAGE OF ELY. GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk
Grove Village has passed Resolution 13-81, which Resolution approved the
Intergovernmental Agreement for the Suburban O'Hare Commission; and
WHEREAS, Section Five of the Integovernmental Agreement for the
Suburban O'Hare Commission requires the Commission will be administered by
a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall consist of the Village
President, or other designated representative as designated from time to
time by the corporate authorities of each party.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village hereby designates and appoints Dennis J. Gallitano, as
its Director on the Board of Directors of the Suburban O'Hare Commission
and Charles J. Zettek as its Alternate Director, for a term beginning May
11, 1993.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in
the manner provided by law.
