A RESOLUTION AMENDING 3.2 II, RESIDENCY
OF THE PERSONNEL. RULES AND REGULATIONS
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, counties of Cook and
DuPage Counties, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 3.2 II A. Residency of the Personnel
Rules and Regulations of the Village of Elk Grove Village is hereby
amended by adding the following:
Any individual appointed to any one of the aforementioned
positions prior to November 1984, who is not a
resident of the Village of Elk Grove Village, must
become a bona fide resident of the Village at such
time as the individual relocates from their address
on record with the Village.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
