A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC
SIDEWALK AND UTILITIES BETWEEN' THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE AND SUPER KMART (MEACHAM & BIESTERFIELD ROADS)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept
the attached document marked:
Plat of Easement
Super KMart
(Public Sidewalk and Utilities)
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set
forth.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
