A RESOLUTION RELEASING LETTER OF CREDIT NO. 1952 (ACCEPTED BY
RES. NO. 62-92) AND ACCEPTING CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL AND INITIAL
ACCEPTANCE; DEED OF CONVEYANCE/BILL OF SALE; MAINTENANCE BOND
IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,000 EXPIRING OCTOBER 26, 1995 GUARANTEEING
MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR FAIRMONT ESTATES SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois :
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize the release of Letter of Credit No. 1952, accepted by Resolution
No. 62-92, in the amount of $241,994.00 guaranteeing the completion and
interim maintenance of public improvements.
Section 2- That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby accept
a Certificate of Approval and Initial Acceptance, Deed of Conveyance/Bill
of Sale, and Maintenance Bond in the amount of $22,000 expiring October 26,
1995 guaranteeing the maintenance of public improvements for Fairmont
Estates Subdivision as described in the engineering plans and
specifications prepared by Intech Consultants , Inc. , 5413 Walnut Avenue,
Downers Grove, Illinois 60515.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
