A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 56-90 PERTAINING
TO THE APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS
FAIRWAY RESUBDIVISION (Rohlwing & Nerge Rd.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Resolution No. 56-90, approved on August 1,
1990, which Resolution approved a Plat of Subdivision identified as
Fairway Resubdivision, be and the same is hereby repealed upon the
request of the owner/developer of the subject property.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTES: AYES 5 NAYS 0 ABSENT 1
