A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OFFICIALS AND AGENTS AS APPROPRIATE
SIGNATORIES (CITIBANK, N.A.- WORKERS COMPENSATION ACCOUNT)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the best interest of the Village
of Elk Grove Village would be served by maintaining an account at Citibank,
N.A. as a designated depository in which certain funds of the Village of
Elk Grove Village may be deposited; and
WHEREAS, certain officials previously designated as appropriate
signatories have since left office and new signatories must be designated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the Resolution required from the bank listed in
Section 2, requiring designated and authorized signatories, are hereby
approved to be initially executed and revised from time to time as required
as a result of resignation or termination of employment or term of office,
as the case may be, of those officials and agents designated on said
Resolution.
Section 2: That the account to which this Resolution is applicable is
as follows:
Citibank, N.A. Workers Compensation Account 3890-5024
Section 3: That the following officials and agents are designated
signatories on the account named above: Village Treasurer, Assistant
Village Treasurer, Vice President/Chief Investment Officer of GBBA
Gallagher Bassett.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
