RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OFFICIALS AS APPROPRIATE
SIGNATORIES (LASALLE NORTHWEST NATIONAL BANK)
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
OuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Resolution contained in the attached exhibit
is hereby approved and the exhibit is to be considered a part of this
Resolution as though the Resolution were incorporated herein.
Section 2. That the bank account to which this Resolution is
applicable is as follows:
Village of Elk Grove Flexible Spending Plan
Section 3. That the following officials or employees are
designated signatories on the account named above: Village Treasurer,
Assistant Village Treasurer and Vice President of Arthur J. Gallagher &
Company.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

from the Bank s sums of money for such times and upon such terms as may to them, or any of
them, seem advisable, attd11 execute in the name of the Corporation notes, drafts, or agreements
for the repayment of any sums scorrowed, and they and each of them are hereby authorized to
discount with the said Bank any of the not , bills receivable or acceptances held by this Corporation
upon such terms as may to them, or any oft seem advisable, and to execute foreign exchange

of mortgage, pledge, assignment or transfer or indorsements of any thereof which may be ecessary
or proper effectually to mortgage, pledge, and assign such property and assets to the Bank;
Be It Further Resolved, that each of the foregoing resolutions shall also be understood to
apply in full to any overseas branch or branches of the Bank.
Be It Futher Resolved, that each of the foregoing resolutions shall continue in force until
express written notice of its rescission or modification has been received by the Bank, but if the
authority contained in them should be revoked or terminated by operation of law without such
notice, it is resolved and hereby agreed for the purpose of inducing the Bank to act thereunder,
that the Bank shall be saved harmless from any loss suffered or liability incurred by it in so acting
after such revocation or termination without such notice.
