A RESOLUTION AMENDING FESCLUTION 25--93
AUTHORIZING WIRE TRANSFERS BY CERTAIN VILLAGE OF ELF: GROVE
VILLAGE OFFICIALS/EMPLOYEES (NBD - ELK GROVE BANK)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois that the following sections in Resolution
25-83 be amended to read as follows:
Section 1: That the attached exhibit (A) is hereby approved
and the exhibit is to be considered a part of this Resolution as
though incorporated herein.
Section 2: That the bank accounts to which this Resolution
is applicable are all accounts held at NBD - Elk Grove Bank for
the Village of Elk Grove.
Sectio; 3 That the following Village of Elk Grove
officials or employees are authorized to execute and confirm
electronic wire transfers: Director of Finance, Assistant
Director of Finance, Accounting Manager and Payroll/Cash Control
Supervisor.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall remain in effect
until such time as the bank receives a duly adopted and certiFied
Resolution revoking same.
Section That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
