A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 24-IFO
AND AUTHORI-ING C-RTAIN !OFF.TCIAiS AS SIGNATCRIrc
FOR THE ILLINOIS PUBLIC TREASURESINVESTMENT POOL

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES31-VE-D. by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Villaae, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois that the following sections in Resolution
24-90 be amended to read as follows:
Section 1: That the Agreements contained in the attached
exhibit (A) are hereby approved and the exhibit is to be
considered a part of this resolution as though the Agreements
were incorporated herein.
S2Ct10n F: That the following officials or employees are
designated to execute and confirm electronic wire transfers.
Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance, Accounting
Manager and Payroll/Cash Control Supervisor.
Section 3: That the following officials are designated as
Signatories: Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance,
Village Manager and Village Clerk.
Sectio n = That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after itS passage and approval according to law.
