NO. 54-88 AND ACCEPT CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL AND INITIAL ACCEPTANCE; DEED OF CONVEYANCE/RILL OF SALE; MAINTENANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000 EXPIRING JULY 9, 1993 GUARANTEEING MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARK CHARDONNAY CONDOMINIUMS NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:. Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize the release of Letter of Credit No. 60003893 accepted by Resolution No. 54-88 in the amount of $98,500 guaranteeing the completion and interim maintenance of public improvements. Section 2: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby accept a Certificate of Approval and Initial Acceptance, Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale, and Maintenance Bond No. 093076 in the amount of $10,000 expiring July 9, 1993 guaranteeing the maintenance of public improvements as described in the Engineering plans and specifications prepared by Henderson and Bodwell for Park Chardonnay Condominiums located at Biesterfield and Leicester Roads, Elk Grove Village.
