and ending August 14, 1992.
2. The Municipality will participate in a project which

provided to 9:00 PM as mutually agreed upon by Pace and

modified during the term of this Agreement if mutually
agreed upon by Pace and the Municipality.
B. There will be no transportation service on New Year's
Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, and Christmas Day.
C. Rides will be scheduled by calling the dispatcher
approximately one hour before a trip is being
requested. The dispatcher will notify the passenger of
the approximate pick-up time. If a deviation of more
than fifteen (15) minutes is expected to occur the
dispatcher will notify the passenger of the delay.
When the contractor arrives at a pick-up location, they
are required to wait two (2) minutes for the passenger
to board the vehicle. Before the driver proceeds
without a scheduled passenger, the dispatcher is
expected to attempt to call the passenger. The
contractor will schedule pick-ups and drop-offs to
maximize efficiency. However, the contractor will also
attempt to minimize a passenger's ride time and insure
that riders originating and ending within Elk Grove
normally ride no more than thirty minutes.
