A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 8.3 SUB -SECTION D, ELIGIBILITY
LIST, FOR THE MANAGEMENT VACATION BENEFIT, OF THE PERSONNEL
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(DEPUTY VILLAGE CLERK)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 8.3 Vacations, Sub -Section D. Management
Vacation Benefit be and the same is hereby amended to include the
Eligibility List as attached.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
commencing on September 25, 1991, which date is subsequent to its passage
and approval according to law.
