A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF HILDA INGEBRIGTSEN
AS AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND FOR THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do
hereby appoint Hilda Ingebrigtsen as Authorized Agent of
the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund for the Village of
Elk Grove Village, with all general powers and duties as
specified in the I.M.R.F. Act.
Section 2. That the President and Board of Trustees delegate
the following powers and duties to the authorized agent:
A. To file a petition for nomination of an Executive
Trustee of I.M.R.F.
B. To cast a ballot for election of an Executive
Trustee of I.M.R.F.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
