RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISON IDENTIFIED AS
FIRST RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 26 CENTEX INDUSTRIAL PARK

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Resubdivision of Lot 26 being a subdivision in
Section 26, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set
forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That the variations previously granted with respect to property
now identified as Lot 2, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 8th day of November 1988.
