A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DEPOSITORY AND AUTHORIZING
CERTAIN OFFICIALS AS APPROPRIATE SIGNATORIES
(EXCHANGE NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the best interest of the Village
of Elk Grove Village would be served by maintaining the Exchange National
Bank of Chicago as a designated depository in which certain funds of the
Village of Elk Grove Village may be deposited.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the Resolution contained in the attached exhibit is
hereby approved and the exhibit is to be considered a part of this
Resolution as though the Resolution were incorporated herein.
Section 2: That the bank account to which this Resolution is
applicable is as follows:
"VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE INVESTMENT ACCOUNT"
Section 3: That the following officials or employees are designated
signatories on the account named above: Village President, Village
Manager, Village Clerk, Village Treasurer, Assistant Village Treasurer.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
