A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE/BILL OF SALE ACCEPTING
FOR PERMANENT OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE WATERMAIN AND APPURTE-
NANCES; SANITARY SEWER AND APPURTENANCES; STORM SEWER AND APPURTE-
NANCES; LIFT STATION AND FORCE MAIN; NERGE ROAD AND CHARLELA LANE;
(CURB & GUTTER/PAVEMENT); SIDEWALKS; PARKWAY TREES; TRAFFIC CONTROL/
STREET SIGNS AND STORM WATER RETENTION/DETENTION BASINS INSTALLED IN
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE (ROHLWING GROVE DEVELOPMENT) AS
DESCRIBED ON THE "AS BUILT" ENGINEERING PLANS PREPARED BY PAVIA-MARTING
INC., DATED SEPTEMBER 16, 1976
WHEREAS, the Developer (SBL Association) has submitted a Deed of Conveyance/
Bill of Sale to the Village of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision
Control Ordinance and has fully complied with all provisions of any and all
ordinance pertaining: and
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Maintenance Bond for $35,000.00
an adequate amount to cover the Project and all necessary items including
Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale, Bill of Materials, Cost Estimate, As -Built
Mylors, As -Built Plans (Bluelines);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept
a Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale for public improvements as described on the
"As -Built" engineering plans prepared by Pavia-Marting Inc., located at
130 E. Elm Street, Roselle, Illinois and dated September 16, 1976, other-
wise known as Rohlwing Grove Development, (the "Project").
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

WHEREAS, the Developer does hereby warrant to -the village, It is the
lawful owner of and has good and marketable title to the aforedescribed
improvements} that the sdme ate free from all encumberancest that the Devel-
oper has the right to Sell the same) and that the Developer warrants and will
defend and hold harmless the Village against the lawful claims and demands of
all persons with respect to the title hereby conveyedt and that the execution
of this Bill of Sale/Deed of conveyance is an authorized Act of Said corpor-
ation, Individual or partnership. •

APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNING AUTHORITY
The VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE does hereby approve and accept for maintenance
ind operation the above described improvement. it is understood that the guarantee
leriod of 24 months shall commence as of the date of Village Board acceptance.
It is also understood that this approval and acceptance covers only the spec-
fic work indicated above and is subject to a final punch list being made concerning
djustment, alignment and necessary repairs of all structures, boxes, hydrants, etc.
cceptance of maintenance by the Village does not relieve the developer from the
esponsibility of keeping all dirt and debris due to construction operations out of
oth storm and sanitary sewer systems. Final acceptance of the subdivision or other
eneral development is conditional upon completing all indicated items on the final
unch list. It is the responsibility of the d*her or developer to request the final
unch list to be made. No refund of maintenance escrow monies will be made until
11 items in the final punch list have been,uooxrected.....
