That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale for public improvements as described on the "As -Built" engineering plans prepared by Pavia-Marting Inc., located at 130 E. Elm Street, Roselle, Illinois and dated September 16, 1976, other- wise known as Rohlwing Grove Development, (the "Project"). Section 2.
