A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT TO EXECUTE
A RELEASE OF EASEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE AND RIVER FOREST STATE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY
(JUST PANTS RESUBDIVISION)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1: That the Village President and Board of Trustees
hereby authorize the adoption of the attached documents marked:
RELEASE OF EASEMENT
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully set forth.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.

RELEASE OF EASEMENT
This instrument is made this 30th day of December, 1985
by the Village of Elk Grove Village, a municipal corporation,
(the "Village") and River Forest State Bank and Trust Company,
not individually but as Trustee under the provisions of a certain
Trust Agreement dated the 18th day of November, 1970 as Document
No. 1688 (the "Trustee").
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Trustee on December 22, 1976 executed a certain
Declaration (the "Declaration") and cause3the same to be registered
with the Registrar of Titles of Cook County, Illinois on March 3,
1977 as Document No. LR2924330; and
WHEREAS, by its terms the Declaration created certain easements
for the collection, retention and detention of storm water on
the real estate described on Exhibit E thereto and for the construc-
tion,repair and maintenance of a retention -detention pond on the
real estate described on Exhibit E thereto in favor of the Trustee
as declared and in favor of the Village; and
WHEREAS, the Trustee and the Village desire to release any
easement rightpereated by the Declaration which they may have over
that part of the real estate described in Exhibit E of the Declara-
tion which is described on Exhibit 1 to this instrument;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and to the good and valuable consideration
in hand paid the Village and the Trustee and each of them
hereby release any and all easement rights in and to that
portion of the real estate described on Exhibit E to the
Declaration which is described in Exhibit 1 to this instrument
so that such easement rights held by either of them are hereby
released and extinguished from the property described on
Exhibit 1 hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this
Release to be signed by their respective appropriate officers
and seals to be hereunto affixed the date and year first above
written.

Lot 2 in the Rohlwing Grove Unit A, being a subdivision of part of the South
half of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the third principal
meridian in Cook County, Illinois, Recorded on February 23, 1978 as Document
No. LR3000931: Thence North 90 Degrees 00 Minutes 00 Seconds East, a distance
of 151.76 Feet for a place of beginning; thence North 90 Degrees 00 Minutes
00 Seconds East, a distance of 33.24 Feet to the Westerly line of the new
easement for drainage and retention; thence South Easterly along a line to a
