HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 4-86 - 1/14/1986 - DEED OF CONVEY/BILL OF SALERESOLUTION NO. 4-86 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE/BILL OF SALE ACCEPTING FOR PERMANENT OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE WATERMAIN AND APPURTE- NANCES; SANITARY SEWER AND APPURTENANCES; STORM SEWER AND APPURTE- NANCES; ROADWAY (CURB & GUTTER, PAVEMENT); SIDEWALK; STREET LIGHTS; PARKWAY (TREES, ETC.); TRAFFIC CONTROL (SIGNALS, SIGNS, MARKINGS); PONDS (DENTENTION/RETENTION), EXCAVATION (SOIL EROSION CONTROL, STOCKPILE); OTHER (PARKVIEW HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION) WHEREAS, the Developer, U. S. Shelter, Inc., has submitted a Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale to the Village of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with all provisions of any and all ordinance pertaining; and WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted an Irrevocable Letter of Credit for $132,573.10 an adequate amount to cover maintenance of the subdivision and has installed all public improvements, watermain and appurtenances; sanitary sewer appurtenances; storm sewer and appurtenances; roadway (curb & gutter, pavement), sidewalk, street lights, parkway (trees, etc.), traffic control (signals, signs, markings), ponds (detention/retention), excavation (soil -erosion control, stockpile), other as required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted required As -Built Engineering Plans; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cool, and DuPage, Illinois: SECTION 1: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale for public improvements as shown on plans prepared by Elk Grove Engineering Company, 860 Lively Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, with revisions dated September 21, 1978 otherwise know as "Parkview Heights Subdivision". SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this 14th day of January 1986.
