A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE, DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND
MAINTENANCE BOND NO. 001 S 100249743 BCA EXPIRING OCTOBER 1,
1987 AND ACCEPTING FOR PERMANENT OWNERSHIP PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
INSTALLED IN NORTHWEST POINT OFFICE PARK ($140,000.00)
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Deed of Conveyance and Mainten-
ance Bond in the amount of $140,000.00 expiring on October 1, 1987 to the
Village of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance
and fully complied with all provisions of any and all ordinances appertaining:
and
WHEREAS, the Developer has installed all public improvements as required
by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted required As -
Built Engineering Plans;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a
Deed of Conveyance and Maintenance Bond No. 001 S 100249743 BCA in the amount
of $140,000.00, expiring October 1, 1987, for public improvements as shown on
As -Built drawings as prepared by Elk Grove Engineering Company (Project No. 7159)
860 Lively Blvd., Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007 dated July 17, 1981 from
the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company for Northwest Office Point, guaranteeing
maintenance of public improvements: watermain & appurtenances, sanitary sewer
& appurtenances, storm sewer & appurtenances, roadway (curb & gutter, pavement),
traffic control (signals, signs, markings).
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

BILL OF SALE
Metropolitan Life Insurance Company ("Beneficial Owner"), a
New York corporation in consideration of One and No/100 Dollars
($1.00), receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
sell, assign, transfer and set over to the Village of Elk Grove
Village (the "Village"), Cook and DUPage Counties, Illinois, a
municipal corporation, to and for its own use forever, the
following:
UNDERGROUND IMPROVEMENTS
1. Watermain and appurtenances;
2. Sanitary, sewer and appurtenances; and
3. Storm sewer and appurtenances.
SURFACE IMPROVEMENTS
1. Roadways (curb and gutter/pavement) - Northwest Point
Boulevard; and
2. Traffic control/street signs.
All as located in the project known as the Park at Northwest
Point, (the "Project"), and as described in the "as built"
engineering plans prepared by Elk Grove Engineering Company,
located at 860 Lively Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, Illinois
60007 and dated March 22, 1983, which plans with the "Bill of
Materials" dated December 19, 1985 are incorporated by reference
and made a part hereof.
Owner hereby represents to Village that Owner, is the lawful
owner of, has good and marketable title to and has the right to
sell the above described property to the extent it represents
personal property.
Owner further represents the execution of this Bill of Sale is an
authorized act of said Corporation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owner has caused this instrument to
be signed and delivered this 13th day of May , 1986.

TRUSTEE'S DEED OF CONVEYANCE
THIS INDENTURE, made this %l day of 1988,
by and between GRANTOR LaSalle National Bank, a National
Banking Association, as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated
March 15, 1980 and known as Trust No. 102000, and GRANTEE, the
Village of Elk Grove Village, a municipal corporation of
Illinois.
WITNESSETH, that Grantor in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,
sell, and convey unto Grantee, the following described real
estate, situated in Cook County, Illinois, to wit;
Land dedicated pursuant to Plat of Dedication
for Public Street recorded April 12, 1983 as

To have and to hold said property for the purpose of

All work required for this development has been inspected and
found to be completed in a satisfactory manner. All documentation
for acceptance has been submitted and found to be acceptable.
APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNING AUTHORITY
The VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE does hereby approve and accept
for maintenance and operation the above described improvement.
It is also understood that this approval and acceptance covers
only the specific work indicated above and is subject to a final
punch list which has been made concerning adjustment, alignment and
necessary repairs of all structures, boxes, hydrants, etc.
Acceptance of maintenance by the Village does not relieve the owner
from the responsibility of keeping all dirt and debris due to
construction operations out of both storm and sanitary sewer systems.

FOUR submitted an acceptable Bill of Materials with costs.
FURTHER, that said Principal and Surety shall be held and firmly bound
to guarantee against all errors, defects in workmanship and materials on these
public/site improvements for period 3/14/86 to 10/1/87.
FURTHER, it shall be a condition precedent to any right of recovery here-
under, that in the event of any default on the part of the Principal a written
statement of the particular fact showing the nature of such default shall be
delivered to the Surety by Registered/Certified Mail at its home office at

Surety agrees that upon receipt of said written statement it will promptly
commence to immediately take any and all necessary steps to satisfactorily r
correct the deficiencies in the completed public improvements identified by

this bond shall be filed within a period of one year after release of this
Maintenance Bond.
