A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13-86 AND APPROVING
A PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS ELK CROSSING
110W� THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of 1114nois :
Section 1. That app=val is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Elk Crossing
being a subdivision in Section(s) 32 Township 41
North, Range 14 East of the Third Pr4-=ipaJ. Meridian in r,,,
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section Z. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and In the name of the Vill-age
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
