A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR
RBC TECH CENTER SUBDIVISION UNIT 2
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the plat of
Subdivision for RBC Tech Center Subdivision Unit 2
being a subdivision in Section (s) 26 , Township 41
North, Range lb East of Third Principal Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are
hereby authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attached thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
