A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND VILLAGE CLERK
TO EXECUTE A TERMINATION OF DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND RAINIER NATIONAL BANK ON BEHALF
OF A. J. OSTER COMPANY, INC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 : That the Village President be and is hereby authorized
to sign the attached documents marked:
TERMINATION OF DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set
forth and the Village Clerk is authorized to attest said documents upon
the signature of the Village President.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT
The undersigned, being the parties to that 'certain Deposi-
tory Agreement dated as of June 1, 1965 between Village of Elk
Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois and Rainier
National Bank hereby cancel and discharge the same, and hereby
release each other from all obligations thereunder and said
Depository Agreement shall have no further force and effect
after the date hereof.
Dated as of the 1st day of September, 1986.
