A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 37-84, PREVIOUSLY AMENDED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 70-85, RESIDENTIAL SCAVANGER SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
GARDEN CITY DISPOSAL COMPANY, BY INCREASING THE SERVICE CHARGES
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That paragraph II, Service Charge,be and the same is here-
by amended by amending the charges for single family detached residence within
the Village of Elk Grove Village when containers are placed for pick-up from
the parkway abutting such premises as follows:
Rate not to exceed Period
$8.00/month/residence January 1, 1987 -September 30, 1987
$8.44/month/residence October 1, 1987 -September 30, 1988
Rate resulting from October 1, 1988 -September 30, 1989
formula set forth in
Article II -B.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
