A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR
PUBLIC UTILITIES (north side of Devon Avenue be-
tween Well Site No. 14 and Circle Bay Subdivision)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois:
SECTION 1: That approval is hereby given the plat of easement
identified as "PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES" prepared by
Frank J. Duda, Jr., 636 Newport South, Roselle, Illinois, as Order
No. 2192, drawing date March 6, 1984 in Seciton 31, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County,
Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth.
SECTION 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate seal.
SECTION 3: That this Resoltuion shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
