RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF VACATION IDENTIFIED AS
WINSTON GROVE - SECTION 23 B SUBDIVISION
XOW� THEREFORE� BE TT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of vacation
identified as Winston Grove - Section 23 B Subdivision
being a subdivision in Section(3) 26 , Township 41
North, Range 302 East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, nlinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
paxt hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorizqd to sign said plat for and in. the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution sb-411 be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
