A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. ROBERT N. KOOP AS THE OFFICIAL
REPRESENTATIVE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO THE
NORTH SUBURBAN MASS TRANSIT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village has been annexed to
and become a participating municipality of the North Suburban Mass
Transit District; and
WHEREAS, the Local Mass Transit District Act, Chapter 111 2/3rds
of the 1971 Illinois Revised Statutes, provides for the appointment
by the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk
Grove Village of a representative to serve on the Board of the afore-
said District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees that the Village of Elk Grove Village hereby designates
Mr. Robert N. Koop as the official representative of the Village
of Elk Grove Village to the North Suburban Mass Transit District
for a four-year term commencing September 25, 1984 and ending
February 24, 1988.
