HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 87-84 - 11/27/1984 - QUIT CLAIM DEED/LOT 71, BLOCK 7 RESOLUTION N0. 87-84 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED CONVEYING TO THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE LOT 71 IN BLOCK 7, WINSTON GROVE SECTION 22 SOUTH NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby accept a Quit Claim Deed, conveying to the Village of Elk Grove Village for a detention basin, Lot 71 in Block 7, Winston Grove Section 22 South, legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth. Section 2: That the Village Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to cause the recording of said Deed and to remove said property from the tax rolls. Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this 27th day of November , 1984.
