A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREET
PART OF MEACHAM ROAD (NORTH END OF GOLF COURSE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:

That approval is hereby given the final plat of dedication
identified as Plat of Dedication of Public Street for a
part of Meacham Road legally described as follows:
That part of the East 50 feet of the West Half
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township
41 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal
Meridian lying North of the North line of a Strip
of land 20 feet in width extending in an Easterly
and Westerly direction through said West Half,
granted to the Metropolitan Sanitary District of
Greater Chicago, according to the Grant of Ease-
ment recorded December 21, 1973 as Document
#22578350, (excepting therefrom that part previ-
ously dedicated for Meacham Road as shown on the
Plat of Dedication recorded June 14, 1933 as
Document # 11247326) in Cook County, Illinois.
That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
