A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WIRE TRANSFERS BY CERTAIN OFFICIALS
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO THE BANK OF ELK GROVE
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the best interest of the
Village of Elk Grove Village would be served by authorizing wire
transfer requestes to the Bank of Elk Grove.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois:
Section 1: That the following persons are authorized by the
President and Board of Trustees to make telephonic requests to the Bank
of Elk Grove for wire transfer of the V1T1age'=ofr-LIk Grove Village's funds

Section 2: That the bank accounts to which this Resolution is
applicable are as follows:

Section 3: That the Village Clerkâ˘be, and hereby is, authorized
and directed to certify this Resolution to the Bank of Elk Grove.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall remain in effect until such
time as the bank receives a duly adopted and certified Resolution
revoking the same.
Section 5: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
