BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
I. That the proposed improvement consist of constructing additional median in the Higgins Road
right-of-way to eliminate eastbound traffic from making left turns onto Randall Street.
Also, the construction of concrete islands to improve safety.

and shall be designated as Section 82-00022-OOC.H. C.S.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Twenty Five Thousand and 00/100 --------------------

improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
