A SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR
COMPLETION OF THE MODERNIZATION OF TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village by Resolution No. 50-80,
passed and approved on May 13th, 1980, entered into an Agreement with the
State of Illinois for the modernization of traffic control signals at the
intersections of Illinois Route 83 (Busse Road) at Landmeier Road, Greenleaf
Avenue, Pratt Boulevard, and Devon Avenue, known as State Section 1979 -112 -TS
and as Village Section 80 -00020 -00 -LT; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 50-80 appropriated the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND
SIX HUNDRED DOLLARD ($15,600.00) for said modernization; and
WHEREAS, said modernization exceeded the estimated for construction
and engineering by the amount of .TWO THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN DOLLARS
AND TWENTY-SIX CENTS :($2,113.26); and
WHEREAS, the Village agreed in Resolution No. 50-80 to pass a supple-
mental resolution to provide for additional funds in the event that
FIFTEEN THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED AND 110/100 DOLLARS ($15,600.00) was insuf-
ficient to cover actual expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village that a Supplement Appropriation in the
amount of TWO THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN DOLLARS and TWENTY-SIX CENTS
($2,113.26) is hereby approved.
Section 1: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
