A RESOLUTION RELEASING TWO MAINTENANCE BONDS FROM SAFECO INSURANCE
COMPANY COVERING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED IN WINSTON GROVE
SECTIONS 22 NORTH AND 22 SOUTH AND ACCEPTING A PERFORMANCE BOND IN
THE AMOUNT OF $10,000 FROM SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY TO GUARANTEE
THE COMPLETION OF THE POND AND REPLACEMENT OF TEN PARKWAY TREES IN
SECTION 22 SOUTH
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
the release of Maintenance Bond No. 2965792 from Safeco Insurance Company
previously accepted by Resolution No. 2-80 and Maintenance Bond No. 2965793
from Safeco Insurance Company previously accepted by Resolution No. 4-80
guaranteeing all public improvements in Winston Grove Sections 22 North and
22 South for a two year period. 'Punch lists have been prepared and all
necessary corrections have been made.
Section 2: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
acceptance of Subdivision Bond No. 4383098 from Safeco Insurance Company in
the amount of $10,000.00 guaranteeing replacement of ten parkway trees and
restoration of the storm sewer, underdrain system in Lot 71, Block 7, all
as located in Winston Grove Section 22 South.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

WHEREAS, the above bounden Principal has been granted approval
for a plat of subdivision known as Lot 71, Block 7 Winston Grove, Sec. 22 South
said approval being conditioned upon the planting of 10 Parkway
trees and the extension and restoration of the storm sewer - underdrain system
in Lot 71, Block 7 Winston Grove, Sec. 22 South
in said subdivision, in accordance with plans and specifications prepared
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS such, that if the above
Principal shall indemnify and save harmless the VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE,
ILLINOIS against loss to which the VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS may
be subject by reason of said Principal's breach of performance or any ordin-
ance, rule or regulation relating to the above described permit, then this
obligation shall be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
Elk Grove Village has the right to
