RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREET
PART OF MEACHAM ROAD (FRONTING THE FIRE STATION)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the final plat of dedication
identified as Plat of Dedication of Public Street for a
part of Meacham Road legally described as follows:
The south 300.0 feet of the North 670.0 feet
of the 60.0 feet (as measured at right angles
to the North and East lines thereof) of the
West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36,
Township 41 North, Range 10 East of the Third
Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
A copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
