A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREET
PART OF BIESTERFIELD ROAD (FRONTING ALEXIAN BROTHERS MEDICAL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the final plat of dedication
identified as Plat of Dedication of Public Street for a
part of Biesterfield Road legally described as follows:
The south 60.0 feet (as measured at right
angles to the south line thereof) of the
northwest quarter of the northwest quarter
of Section 32, Township 41 North, Range
ll, east of the Third Principal Meridian,
(except therefrom the west 45.0 feet as
measured at right angles to the west line
thereof, and except the east 165.0 feet
thereof) in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
ATTEST:
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
